State/University Cooperative Projects

Policy - official University of Maine policy document concerning cooperative projects between the University and agencies or other entities associated with the State of Maine.

Agreement (Word) - Project agreement form for use with State of Maine cooperative projects.

DHHS Cooperative Agreement Form (Word) - Project agreement form for use with State of Maine cooperative projects (for DHHS only)

Amendment - Project agreement form for use in amending an agreement with the State of Maine concerning an existing cooperative agreement.
