PARS - The web-based Proposal Approval Routing System (PARS). New users can register at the PARS website or contact Robin Crocker (1-1471) for a password and instructions.
Project Adjustment Request Form (formerly Cost Transfer Form/LDA) - This form is used to adjust project expenses and labor distributions which involve project chartfield 540xxxx

Financial Review Log This is a sample form for use by financial managers to keep a record of their monthly project account reviews. A condition of grant funding is that such a record be kept and made available to Federal auditors upon request.
